Fine looking day! but coldish. Mr. J Breck Perkins
died in Washington on this a.m. Lunched with
Mary Belle & she came up thro'
Cutler Bldg tower &c. with
me afterward. Went to Hippo at 5 J.W. away this p.m. Mrs.
Shortt sick to- night so I went to Meta's (away - At Amelie's)
& to Marguerite (sore foot). Then
Papa read
Outlooks. Accounts & bath till late
afterwards. Got last Sunday's Kodaks.
Sat 1911
A lovely day - overhead - warm
sunshine.
Mary, Bess & Mame & I went
to the Seneca to the Women's Lunch club and
heard Mr. W.J. Seward talk on Libraries - the 3:30. Then
I walked down to Edith's via. Platt St.
found her sick in bed but going to N.Y.
tomorrow, just the same. Came home to supper but didn't do much tonight

Busy and uneventful.
Mother & I are reading "The
Married Life of the Frederic Candles" Jim
lent us and old letters which are entertaining &c. otherwise
Tues 1913
Busy weather has began!
Bess
& Mary were here tonight we
had a little fire in the grate. Sherbert &c. and played
"Ruin"! a lovely night outside and Spring in the air
Wed 1914
Bright beautiful day. I washed
the dishes &
Uncle Will wiped them and later Mother
came & we all went down town. Trudy & I to the Station. P.O. Schulers &[illegible] and then I went to Mrs. Drury's
& [illegible] up & Mother & I went to the
Bassets for lunch - a nice time - Mr.
. Then Trudy came & we went
& to Lizzie Dickerman's & Nellie
Hills's & Louis Rowe's (not home) &
Drury
for a cup of tea & to the train. Sunset & moonlight all lovely. An eclipse after we got home tonight.
