Alice & I stayed till 8:30 to finish our circulars but stopped to go on with Reg Flack (& a party) to bowl a game. Miss Mc A.

& I came away after the first one (Alice, bowled two) & were surprised to find it raining. Just poured in the night. Oct. 11 Sun.
Chandler 43 wks not weighed 18 lbs.
Nellie Mac & I were going for a long walk & I had borrowed a new A1 Hawkeye camera to try, but it looked so lowering at 9:30 when we met at the station, that we didn't go & it was just as well. I went up to Cro'nest & tried the camera on my darling babies & this p.m. Letitia brought them both down to spend the afternoon. They were perfect. Edith came & enjoyed them & the twins & Helen Cunningham were in too. Henry took quite a fancy to Margaret
I held Chandler most of the p.m. Edith stayed to supper. Wrote later. Oct. 12 Mon The "Perfects" anniversary & we lunched to- gether at Duffy's, Nellie, Lura, Edith, Chat & I. And this evening went & called on poor May Rogers - who was pathetically glad to see us - & Florence
served tea and it was all very nice indeed. It was a cold night & when we came down we went to a moving picture show. Oct. 13, Tues. Big Republican Parade tonight. Mother & I went over to Davises & Lura, Mrs. B & Chat
