Mrs. Hoyt went before I did and Jim
came just after supper and Harry
after eight. Then met his family at ten - something and they went to the
Powers. Harry spending the
night
Dec. 17 Tues and (Dec. 18, Wed.)
with Claude. This morning Susie Hoyt got there first - as I had my first
sleep toward morning and was late. I only stayed till the Wilkinsons
(Mrs. W. and Katherine) came. Later
Fred, Josephine, Marion and Louise
all came. They had dressed dear
Charin her wedding dress, with
Harry's Psi U Pin and Fred's Xmas
pendant - Mrs. W. had taken off her
wedding ring for Claude. Harry
spent the day making all arrangements -
which were perfect. Daisy Bacon phoned me yesterdayshe had been to see little Chandler
who was doing finely and was "a darling" - I went to see him after
dinner - such a darling. My heart went out to him at once
- with his little screwed up eyes and mouth and restless little fists - we
spent the afternoon - a good deal of it - in the

nursery playing with Henry as he ran
back and forth pushing the bamboo taborette - & laughing - playing with
his toys &c.&c. All his aunties adore him and his Uncle Fred can't keep his eyes off of him. Later,
