(the office boy) to the circus this p.m. Got J.W. to let him off. He was a delighted boy! May 22 Wed. Lunched at Seel's and shopped at noon. Got a little picture framed for Esther Warmington who is to be married June 6th. May 23. Thurs. Lovely day. Rode Diana this noon. Got my lovely new birthday book case and spent the evening setting my room (till late) May 24 Fri. Lunched with G.C.B. at Sibley's. Then shopped. a fine day. Hung pictures tonight & had flinch. May 25 Sat. Cool & fine. Schanch here. JG. & JW. some what agitated about Ehrlich business. We like the new arrangement of offices. Went shopping tonight at Duffy's for Gertrude, and wrote her afterward - Called at Rowe's too. Amelie has invited me to the Oakhill again for Decoration Day, but I am going to Webster with the MacArthurs, I think where Nellie has found a place for us.
