I sent "Tommy" Struthers a set the other day. Frederica liked them & wants some. We had a very nice supper (we 4 girls alone) - salmon - potatoe salad - bread, coffee - berries - cake - ice cream &c. After a sing (by F. & Mary) we all went up Monroe Ave. F. to rehearsal & the rest of us to Davises - to see the girls who came home Thursday night. Only Mrs. D. was home - & talked to us an hour or more - out on the piazza. The girls are in the country & expect us up tomorrow night (tonight) or Monday. 11th We said Monday. Today - (11th ) is hot. I couldn't sleep this morning & saw the Behns start for Science Camp & the Pages for Brooklyn. Then I took a ride of 4 miles on Diana before breakfast. Down to Brown St. & up around King & Spring St home. Wrote & read this a.m. Aug 12th Monday Great day to-day. "Buffalo Bill" is in town. A lovely morning. I took down black Domino & sent Will
