up to South Park in a car(!) and strolled up the path by the river & finally through the picnic place to a big chestnut tree - where we found a few chestnuts. Then we went over to the beechnut tree & picked up some, but they weren't good. We walked back by the road, & Mary sang to me(!) I took a picture now & then. We got back to half past one dinner. Nellie, Ida Emma, Mary & I. chops &c. & chocolate. pudding. Then I took a few more pictures in the back yard - even got Warren Fisk in - & a group (with "Don") on the front steps. Mary & I went up in her room & then in the library - & visited a long while. Finally I went home, got into another dress & went to Ned's, but it was 5 o'clock by the time I got there. Frank Davis had just left & the girls had been over to Freddie's. Mae & John & little Emily Seidel stopped in a few minutes on the way home from Elsie's . Then we had tea & the girls dressed while I lay on the couch & "jollied" them & we all went to the Brick Church (walked) I got very tired. Read when I got home.
