Mary came (at almost 8) for me to go to the Park. Of course I went & enjoyed it, but we were both too tired to go around the circle. Sat & watched the river & then went thro' the "country" path around to our "sunset seat" & watched the lovely after-sunset sky. Hamilton D. and the "Amherst Club" passed us. Read Scribner's when I got home June 15. Sat. Another lovely day. Ned came up this a.m. to invite me to go to Stony Lake camping (with her Uncle & Aunt &c.) in July! It will be great fun. She says she would rather go with me than anyone "There's the right kind of stuff in me". I can return the compliment in kind. Edith is wild to go but Ned won't let her, so she says - "She's too afraid of worms and things!" I stopped this noon to see about a wheel for Ned. (She tells me she will get one) She showed me ever so many of her lovely frames. Tonight we were invited up to Davis' to supper, Mary, Lura & me. I walked up, stopping at Fisk's &c. Helen &
