home tonight. Nina & Aunt Nellie are both real sick- Nina was taken last Monday or Tuesday & Auntie Thursday night Papa or Mama or both go over every day. They had inter- mittent fever & now Auntie has pneumonia & Nina is threatened with typhoid. A nurse came Saturday morning. Sewed some more tonight. Apr. 30 Tuesday. Lovely. The leaves are beginning to show themselves. Rode up to Miner & Fisk's this noon. Took blue prints &c.&c. Mama & I went to Mrs. Montgomery's last lecture in the course "Michael Angelo" which was fine. We were both very tired coming home. Papa said Ed had been there & they tho't Auntie was worse & wanted someone to come over. I wouldn't let Mama go - She was so used up. I went with Papa. Mrs. Glascoe was there. Edna came down, looking terribly. She said her mother was delirious.
