rode to the Park. Met the other Davises (Mr & Mrs Hamilton) & Mama & Gertrude & Ned, Freddie & Edith and all had quite a jolly supper together. Later some took a ride around the circle (lent my wheel to Edith) & Frank, Ned, Freddie, Trudy & I walked back to the big stones - The rest followed & then we had a seance & lesson (Ned) under the electric light. Finally we wheelers started back - ahead & had a delightful ride home. They stopped at my house and Helen & Mary reclined on the couch while the rest of us dis- cussed scrapbooks &c. I put them all on their wheels when they went home. Aug 20. Tuesday. Pleasant, but rained a little in the evening. Edith was up. Lent my wheel to Alice MacA to go to the Lake. Met her bringing it back (Mama, Trudy, E. & I.) & we went down there & heard Mary sing "Mrs. 'Awkins". I rode home (& farther). Aug 21. Wed. Lovely day. Edith came home to supper with me. Tried to rent a wheel but couldn't, so she couldn't go riding with us. Mary, Alice, Mr. Ballagh & I went out to the Park after supper. It was
