great style in their out-door, canvassed dining room. I took a siesta in the hammock while Frederica packed & Ned - who is going to Lakefield with her for the night - made ready to leave. The trunk was brought out on the rocks, & when it was ready, we "toted" it down to the boat & the girl got in & rowed to the store with it. While I lay on the rocks & enjoyed myself, F. came back for me & we sat on the rocks by the dock till the steamer came & bore the girls away. Capt. "Sam" inquired how we were enjoying life, etc. very cordially. We had "lemon sour" too, while we were waiting. At camp Mary took our 3 pictures in the tent door - but it was one of the fogged ones. # (Alas!) I rowed Mary home in 25 min. It was rough but the wind was with us. It took 55 to row across this a.m. & Struthers, who had invited some of us to sail over was there long before us. I took his pictures in the canoe this morning - & the girl's - just as they reached our dock. I was tired when we reached Viamede, & we pulled the boat up & I spent an
