cordial. May & Albert
came over in the evening, and Auntie Dem went home with them, to spend the night. We sat up till 11:40 and then I went "bye-bye" in the blue room - Slept delightfully, tho' it was very cold. Heard Frank Sept 6 Sun. And Albert
going off to fish about 8 in the morning - a beautiful morning - but I didn't get up till nearly 9 nor breakfast till halfpast. They got a big bullhead on the set lines "we" fixed last night (and a number of small fish) After our late breakfast, Mate, Dem, May & I rowed down to "Holmes" and I took some pictures with Charles' camera - pigs and dogs and the new boat ("Mary Francis") & May and Albert
were at Wayback to dinner & afterward we went over to the Sanctum and sat by the fire till after four - when I went fishing with Mr. Willard - till seven (!) I was gorgeous. He told me his troubles (poor man!) And I faded my pretty blue flannel waist but we never caught a fish, but had a delightful afternoon. In the evening
