Temple of Karnac - a complete Roman house (the most interesting of the exhibit) a Spanish house - an Assyrian or Egyptian one and the throne room of somebody or other and an enthusiastic old man (a "lecturer" by the mark) to talk to you whether you wanted him to or not - fortunately he was minus

in the halls of Pompeii which were really very interesting as showing how the old Roman lived. I received at their tables and found it quite comfortable - and in the halls of Egypt a cat yowled appropriately and then appeared - gaunt and gray- white - as from a tomb. I liked the Roman bathroom - with the little steps down and the fishes painted on the walls - and the "Lalarium" where the Lares and Penates were. I tried for a picture but it wasn't good, no place to time it.
