The Chevaness were lovely coloring but only "decorative" in interest to me. The faces were like the Arlington cherubs in the graveyard - but they answered the purpose. The Abbeys were a wealth of color. I had seen about five - (1) The Baby Galahad - (2) His gift from Lanncelot, (3) The Round table and Seat Peridons and (4) the blessing of the knights. (The last two now so familiar, but must delightful - the 4th always reminds me of the Henry VII Chapel at Westminster, with its banners - The new ones were (5) the old kings death (6) the "loathely lady" and the other two - (7) the fight with the 5 knights. (8) the Castle of the Maidens (another fine one) (9) The parting of Galahad from his new wife (good) (10) His start on the white charger (11) The boat with gorgeous waves and sky & the grail in the prow. Oh, yes, there's another (before (10) (12) The Angel flying off with the grail. Then the (13) City of Senas and (14) the beautiful ending with the row of angels, the golden tree and the shining grail - all bright and gorgeous, and the Kneeling Knight, now a Prince, I've skipped one somewhere, there are 15. They are worth the journey to see, too - We want up and looked at the new Sargeant, but I liked the old ones
