went down to Seneca Park and had a long walk - all through it. Got home about six - pretty tired. Read some. Let's see - What has happened since March 22nd Well on the 25th Emma Mac & Ma Fay King were married. Mar 25 Wed. That night Hayden's factory burned - a very spectacular and astonishing fire. Mother and I went and staid till 11:30 or so. Saw some of the walls fall & the flame twice as high as the building. After we got home a barn up by the County buildings burned and I had a scare - thinking it might be Cro'nest - but it wasn't. Didn't get much sleep & was used up the next day. Took a couple of pictures of the ruins - which have since been pulled down. They put water on them for 2 or 3 days. And then it rained Apr. 5 Sun. several more. Last Sunday I went to see Helen Davis (I go about every Sunday) with Con. She had been down stairs for the first time - but now she is down at Mary Mosier's. I saw her Saturday - very much better and walking about - but in a wrappee
