church-bell to ring to change tables & decorations of posters, signs
& the various kinds of "12 Perfects".

violins and good music. I began playing
with Mr. Bleloch & moved & every time - Mr. DeGraffMrs. Davis, Mr.
Weaver, Con, Dr. Ewers, Mr
Backus,
Frank Davis and Mr. DeGraff. I came out 2nd (240) and Nellie 1st. (250) Will Orchard first of the men & the boobies Mabel Rogers &
Mr. DeGraff. They got a "pointer" and a
big tin horn & Nellie a lovely
belt buckle &
Will a Swedish stein. I had the men
register. We had supper - Con,
Backus,
Helen Davis & I at one table - coffee -
olives - salted almonds - coffee - rolls - lobster salad - tutti
frutti ice-cream and cake. Then we had a regular old-fashioned Virginia
reel which everyone danced - I with Ed
