Last night, Edith, Elsie Wray & I went to see Otis Skinner in "Prince Rudolph" which is a dramatization of Stevenson's "Prince Otto" - and very good. He is getting stouter & a little ranty - but is as handsome & as pleasing as ever - with a lovely voice - especially so, I noticed in a little speech he made before the curtain for he was called out repeatedly, tho' much of the applause I have no doubt was for Maud Durbin - who looked gorgeous. The costumes were un- usually beautiful. Especially the Prince's in the 3rd Act - cream colored tights &c. a beautiful green coat. a red ribbon & gold lace & jewels "to burn". In the last act a lovely gray & green hunting suit but The Princess's in that was the lovliest - a soft gray with a beautiful long cloak of the lovliest blue velvet & blue silk lining. That act is very touching & very loving - In fact the "love interest" is the Thing - She had beautiful clothes all thro', long cape coats, big feathery hats, pink & white gowns & jewels & roses. & The Countess looked very bewitching in a blue & red velvet riding dress. Mr "Geschwind" entertained Mrs.
