Wed. 1911 Edith Andrews called me up this a.m. & came to stay tonight. I lunched with her at Sibley's this noon. She is having her wedding dress made here, and buying her trousseau. Tonight she dined with Fred Woodworth (!) went to "The Pink Lady". The wedding Day is Jan. 1. 1912 Fri. 1912 Another 9 to 7 day . Had sandwiches sent in for Jim& me Got along fine. Looked at old magazines &c. tonight Miss Fox's Friend came Sat. 1913 Quite warm. Furnace fire went out at last. at 3 Bess & I started for Brockport on the "Brown" (canal) a furious storm came up (most picturesque) and we had to stay in the cabin & deck house. Left at Spencerport and got home about 6:30. Didn't get very wet either!
