80MARCH 20 Sun 1910 Pouring rain this a.m. (slept late) Fine and cool in the afternoon. Went over to Miss McIntosh's flat (corner of Greig) to look at it for Lura. Took some pictures of our dear "Bride & Groom" & one of my room. Went to Cro'nest rather late. Claude says Jim is to move (his Aunt just died) showed the babies pictures &c. They were dear. Ate in the kitchen tonight (first time) Read "Diana of the Crossways." & "Pain." Mon 1911 Cleared off & was beautiful this p.m. Busy all day. Of course, but home to lunch. Tonight went to Meta's & later she came with me to Frieda's for a little while. Dolores came in too. Started "Lady Merton, Colonist" by Mrs. Ward. Good. Wed 1912 Nice day. Very busy. Lunched with Bess & Mary at Sibley's. Frieda papering. Tonight played flinch& read a little. Slept in the den. Thurs. 1913. Still warm. Went down to the Theos. lunch again. It was better. Claude went to N.Y. tonight (for Easter) Henry threatened with mumps - didn't go to school (It wasn't!) Fri 1914. A cold day. We sat around a grate fire tonight & played flinch. Mother, Ruth K and I. I walked down in the cold crisp sunshine this a.m.
