Weil Jr (Jewish Bride& groom) next Str. chairs. lost rug & found it. Nice to us. Gordon Andrews (5) & large family of parents, g.parents evidently moving to B. from Winnipeg (Oceana) The Southern beauty bride & groom. The white flannel b & g. the little brown b & g &c &c. (Mr. K say 39 went down on his his trip) about 17 or 18 on [illegible] Ernest Rainer-nice colored driver.

I have real love letters from Irene (many) from Florence, (& [illegible]) a darling one from Carolyn today and word of mouth proof of E.A.S., H.A.D., L.O.B. even a letter yesterday from W.H.. This is indeed my "venus time" - the time to stop my journal & it's striking 12 - goodbye old year!
