Feb. 4 Thurs. Warmer, but fine. Frieda goes home with Herma tomorrow. She has new black furs of toque &c. &c. There is a brick men's con- vention here and all complimenting "My Claude's" Church
so much. & the Grueby man says its the best outside use of tiles they ever saw. Tonight I worked till twelve on my new "Art for the Artless" puzzle from Alice! It is fine. Feb. 5. Fri. Warm. Went to Sibley's and the Hippodrome this noon and did some shopping. Feb. 6. Sat. Mild, but windy. Lura, Chat & I met Mr & Mrs. Hamilton Davis & Mrs. Ellis (Milly's sister) and had a fine dinner at Duffy's tonight - with Dossenbach's Orchestra. Then we 3 went over to Baker's to hear "Merely Mary Ann" very cleverly done by Vaughn Glaser & his company. Good time. Feb. 7. Sun.

Claude brought "Hemeny" down this morning and he played with "Lily" my old doll, devotedly. He is the sweetest baby! When he was all bundled up in brown - to go home - he sat on the top step and said "I want Lily" - ! But didn't take her. I went to Cro'nest in the p.m. and took him in the Go cart & Letitia took Chandler in the carriage & walked out Mt. Hope
