I do think it is so foolish to write volumes of this stuff but how to pick out what to write is beyond me - so I don't think I'll keep much of a journal here after. Let's see. Mrs. Wilkinson has been visiting Cro'nest - Is to stay thro' June - I took a lot of pictures of Henry on the 9th (Sunday) good bad and indifferent. He's got almost six teeth (Char & Mrs. W , were down Friday (21st) & said they were really there - and he creeps! And weighs 19. 10. He's a little red headed darling - I've been reading more Joseph Vance - Which is charming, but stopped it to read "The Beloved Vagabond" by Wm Loche (Claude's) and "Where Love Is" (same author). They are good too. I have lunched down town a good deal - Cafeteria - Sibley's Samovar - Late Saturday (15) Edith, Mame Dickens & I went from there up to South Park to see an amusing game of ball between the rival draughts - men, Claude's, Warner's & Gordon & Madden's - It resulted in a tie 13 to 13 and a row (Dady umpired!) and afterward went and sat by the river which was charming and full of canoes - The next day (16th) Mary & Nellie Mac and I went out to Forest Lawn - Took Mrs. Wright her duck picture.
