Then I inquired for Broadway & 3rd St.
 found it & got an Albia car which climbed hills & switched around corners & finally landed me at Terrace Place
 where I found Eva walking up & down still waiting for us - & still no Gertrude!! (To make a long story short - Her Aunt was taken sick on the way to the station. she teleph telagraphed but the telegram was never delivered. & we didn't have a letter till Monday a.m!!) Well, we had dinner (a good one) and sat & talked till late - about 11:45 - got better acquainted with all of them. Ruth & Christine
 went to bedroom after supper I slept in the parlor (proper) in the "tower" - It is a flat, & cleverly arranged - wonder if I can draw it! (I had the room marked "Eva's" & the rest "doubled up") Sept 2 Sun
The house is on a hill & in a private street & very pleasant but they are going to build soon on "Lake Avenue"
 (before Pine Grove Ave.
 & another) It was a lovely morning - I had a fine sleep too, in spite of feeling worried. Eva Ruth & I went to church, Frank - staying with Christine
