and had supper and then walked over to the new Fort - (very fine)
& the old one - which seems very small, and saw the sunset &
spent some time - watching the lake and harbor &c. When we came
back & slowly made our way over to the train the illuminations
were all going & Bridge Street
was deep with confetti and very gay.
One could hardly believe it was Oswego.
Trudy went to the station with me
(we stopped at the new YMCA Bldg) & started at 9:40. A
very fast (& rather hilarious) ride home - lovely moonlight
outside. Papa was at the station to
meet me at 11:30. I was very sleepy.

Eberhart. Had a nice time. Shopped a little. Read tonight. Bed early again.

Buffalo about 10 this a.m. Didn't do much
beforehand, either. The rest of us were busy. The
