before breakfast, but began to rain just as I took Diana out. I rode her over to Fisk's (carrying my umbrella)
nevertheless, & left her there to have the back wind guard changed.
Stopped for a chat with Ned this noon
- & on the way back for my negatives. It rained hard this p.m.
and got really quite cold. Mary
was up to see if I would go to meet Helen
